Most sales engagement platforms charge per person and take weeks to set up. ReachClaw finds leads, writes one personal email each from what it learned on your website, sends from your Gmail and handles the replies. One flat price.

The AI searches public web pages for businesses that fit your ideal customer and saves the emails it finds.
It writes one personal email per lead and sends it from your Gmail.
Send once, on a date, or keep a campaign running: an ongoing campaign re-runs on the interval you choose and emails each new lead found or imported since the last run. Each lead gets one AI-written email, never a chain...
Point ReachClaw at your website and it crawls your pages and reads the documents you upload. When it writes an email it draws on that material and on what it found about the lead, so the message mentions what you...
In a one-time campaign the AI drafts an email for every lead and waits. You read each one, edit or reject it, and approve what goes out.
ReachClaw tracks opens, clicks and replies for every email. Opens and clicks that look like a security scanner or mail client prefetch rather than a person are flagged, so they do not count as interest.
Every email goes out from the Google account you connect through OAuth, from [email protected], and replies come back to that inbox. There is no rented sending domain and no inbox rotation.
Solo is $6.99 a month for 100 outbound emails, Growth $29.99 for 500, Scale $69.99 with no outbound cap. No annual contract, cancel any time.
Sign in to Gmail with OAuth, then enter your website address. ReachClaw crawls your pages and reads any documents you upload, and builds the knowledge base it writes from.
Run a lead search: the AI builds an ideal customer profile from your website, you can add plain-text search rules, and it searches public web pages for matching businesses. Or import a CSV...
The AI writes one email per lead. Approve them in a one-time campaign, or let an ongoing campaign write, approve and send to each new lead on a schedule.
Sales engagement software (the same thing is sold as a sales engagement platform, solution or tool) is what a sales team uses to plan, send and track its outreach to prospects: email, calls, LinkedIn messages and texts, usually organised into repeatable sequences, with every touch logged against the contact and often written back to a CRM. It sits next to the CRM rather than replacing it: the CRM stores the records, the engagement tool drives the day-to-day contact. ReachClaw covers the email part of that for small teams: it finds leads, writes one personal email per lead, sends it from your Gmail, tracks opens, clicks and replies, and handles the replies that come back.
The names in most 2026 roundups are Outreach and Salesloft at the enterprise end, then Apollo, Reply.io, Lemlist, Smartlead, Mailshake and HubSpot Sales Hub (Smartlead's September 2026 comparison and Apollo's March 2026 buyer's guide both work through that list). They are multi-channel platforms, most of them priced per person, built around sequences across email, phone and LinkedIn. ReachClaw is a smaller, email-only tool for one person or a small team: lead search, one AI-written email per lead sent from your own Gmail, reply handling and engagement tracking, for one flat monthly price. If you need sequences, a dialer or LinkedIn steps, pick from that list. If you need targeted email from your own inbox without a platform rollout, start here.
Most of it is priced for each person who uses it, on an annual contract. Woodpecker's sales engagement pricing guide (31 May 2026) puts entry-level plans at roughly $75 to $100 a month for each person, mid-tier at $125 to $150, and enterprise deployments above $200, with Outreach and Salesloft usually asking for 10 to 25 users as a minimum and enterprise platforms like these charging $5,000 to $20,000 for onboarding; it lists HubSpot Sales Hub at $100 (Professional) and $150 (Enterprise) a month for each person. ReachClaw is one flat price however many people use it: Solo $6.99 a month for 100 outbound emails, Growth $29.99 for 500, Scale $69.99 with no outbound cap, month to month with no contract. The AI runs on your own Anthropic API key, which Anthropic bills at its published prices, so budget a few dollars of usage on top. You can sign up and look around for free; lead search and sending need a paid plan.
Outreach and SalesLoft are multi-channel platforms built for sales teams with many reps: phone dialers, LinkedIn steps, meeting schedulers, multi-step sequences, and pricing per person. ReachClaw does one narrower thing: it finds leads, writes one personal email per lead from what it learned on your website, sends it from your own Gmail, and handles the replies that come back. If you need a dialer, LinkedIn steps or automatic day-3 and day-7 follow-ups, we are not the right tool. If you are one person or a small team sending a modest number of targeted emails, we are.
No. ReachClaw is email only, and Gmail only. Every email goes out from the Google account you connect, and replies land in that inbox. If you want calls in your workflow, use a separate dialer. If you want LinkedIn steps, do those by hand.
No. A ReachClaw campaign sends one AI-written email per lead. An ongoing campaign runs again on an interval you choose and emails only the leads found or imported since the last run; it does not send follow-ups to people who have not replied. When someone does reply, the reply is matched to the email that triggered it and the lead is marked as replied, so you can pick up the conversation in Gmail or let the AI draft the answer.
They are written from your own material. The AI crawls your website and reads the documents you upload, so instead of a generic opener it can mention the product, pricing and use cases you actually publish, plus what it found about the lead. In a one-time campaign every email waits for your approval, so you read each one before it sends and can edit or reject it.
Use one-time campaigns: the AI drafts an email for each lead and nothing sends until you approve it. Ongoing campaigns are the hands-off option: they write, approve and send to each new lead on their own, on the interval you set. For inbound replies there is the same choice, Co-pilot mode (you approve each draft) or Autopilot (the AI sends on its own above a confidence threshold you set).
ReachClaw tracks opens, clicks and replies for every email it sends. Opens and clicks that look like a mail scanner or security bot rather than a person are flagged so they do not count as interest. You see all of it per email and per campaign in your analytics.
The reply is matched to the email that triggered it and the lead is marked as replied. Because ReachClaw also reads your inbox, the AI can draft the answer from your knowledge base, in Co-pilot mode for your approval or in Autopilot. Or you simply answer from Gmail as usual.
Solo is $6.99 a month for 100 outbound emails and 1 connected Gmail inbox. Growth is $29.99 for 500 outbound emails and 3 inboxes. Scale is $69.99 with no outbound cap and 10 inboxes. Every plan includes lead search, AI-written emails and engagement tracking. The AI itself runs on your own Anthropic API key, so Anthropic bills that usage to you at its published prices.
There is no CRM integration. What works today: export a prospect list from your CRM as a CSV (every row needs an email address), import it on the Leads page, run your campaign, then note the leads who replied and add them to your CRM yourself. Anyone who opts out can be marked unsubscribed and is left out of every campaign from then on.
It sends from your real Gmail account, not a rented domain, and it is built for tens to a few hundred targeted emails a month, not thousands. There is no warm-up, inbox rotation or bounce monitoring in ReachClaw; a bounce lands in your Gmail like any other bounce. Keep the volume modest, only email businesses you have a reason to contact, and honour opt-outs, which the unsubscribe handling does for you.
How automated lead generation works end to end: search, email and repeat on a schedule from your Gmail, with scoring on request.
