These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReachClaw ("ReachClaw", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services.
By accessing or using ReachClaw, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized account use.
2. Service Description
ReachClaw provides software for AI-assisted inbound support and outbound sales email workflows, including integrations such as Gmail, billing providers, and AI services. It also provides a chat box you can add to your own websites, which answers your visitors using your ReachClaw knowledge.
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove functionality to maintain service quality and security.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Send spam or messages that violate anti-spam or marketing laws.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass security controls.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond permitted use.
- Upload malicious content or perform unauthorized automated scraping against ReachClaw systems.
You are responsible for ensuring your outreach and messaging practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Integrations and Third-Party Services
ReachClaw relies on third-party services (for example Gmail APIs, Stripe, AI providers, storage providers). Your use of integrated features may be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
If you connect your own MCP servers, the AI can use their tools when it writes email replies or answers website chat visitors. You choose which servers and tools to connect and are responsible for them and for what they do. Website chat visitors are anonymous unless your website signs them in, so only let the chat use tools that are safe for the public.
We are not responsible for third-party service downtime, policy changes, or actions outside our control.
5. Customer Data and Content
- You retain ownership of your content and data.
- You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve ReachClaw.
- You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all data you submit, connect, or process through ReachClaw.
- If you add the ReachClaw chat to a website, you are responsible for the websites you allow it on and for telling your visitors how their chat messages and contact details are used (for example in your own privacy policy).
- If you let visitors talk to the chat, their speech is turned into text by their own browser's speech service (such as Google, Apple or Microsoft), not by ReachClaw. You are responsible for telling your visitors about this.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using ReachClaw, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
7. Billing, Subscriptions, and Trials
- Paid plans are billed on the schedule shown at checkout.
- Subscription management, renewals, and payment processing are handled through our billing provider.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- You can switch plans or billing interval (monthly or yearly) at any time in Settings → Plan & billing. The new plan and its usage limits take effect immediately. Our billing provider prorates the change: the unused part of what you already paid is credited and the difference is added to your next invoice. Moving to a lower plan lowers your limits right away.
- An account has one paid subscription at a time. While it is active you change plans as above rather than buying a second one.
- If ReachClaw set up a plan for you without payment (a complimentary plan), choosing a plan in Settings starts a new paid subscription. We may change or end complimentary plans.
- Cancellations and refunds (if any) follow the plan terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
8. Availability and Support
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, outages, or third-party dependency failures may affect access. We may suspend access temporarily for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.
9. Intellectual Property
ReachClaw and related software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by ReachClaw or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed, these Terms do not grant rights to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from ReachClaw.
10. Disclaimers
ReachClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs where needed.
Website chat answers are shown to your visitors automatically, without your review. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for the knowledge the chat answers from and for checking how it answers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachClaw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data/goodwill arising from use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you to ReachClaw for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ReachClaw harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of ReachClaw, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security/legal risk, or misuse the service.
You may stop using ReachClaw at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive (for example payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction determined by ReachClaw's operating entity, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
