Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

What counts as an 'email'?

Each inbound email that ReachClaw processes and each outbound email that ReachClaw sends counts as one email. Emails you send manually through your email client don't count against your limit.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months — that's a ~17% discount. Toggle to 'Yearly' on the pricing cards above, or switch from your account settings at any time.

What happens when I hit my email limit?

We'll notify you when you're at 80% of your limit. Once you hit the cap, ReachClaw will stop processing new emails until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. You'll never be charged overage fees.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Each customer gets an isolated database — there's zero cross-customer data leakage. We never use your emails or data to train AI models.
