Honest comparison, written by the ReachClaw team

A Lemlist alternative for one person: $6.99/mo flat, from your own Gmail

Lemlist's cheapest plan is $69 a month, and its pricing FAQ says the price depends on how many users you have. ReachClaw is an AI email agent for people who send tens to a few hundred targeted emails a month: it finds leads, writes each email, sends from your Gmail and handles the replies, for one flat price. Here is the honest comparison, including when Lemlist is the better choice.

Why people look for a Lemlist alternative

It is a platform priced and built for a team.

Lemlist's pricing page (read 20 October 2026) lists three plans. Email is $69 a month, or $55 a month billed yearly, for 50,000 emails a month with unlimited users and senders, a 650M+ lead database, an email and phone finder, warm-up and a deliverability hub. Multichannel is $109 a month, or $87 billed yearly; it adds LinkedIn, SMS and a call dialer and counts users, with five senders for each one. Enterprise is custom. Lead data enrichment is a separate add-on from $20 a month for 2,000 credits. The FAQ on the same page says pricing is based on the number of users, and there is a 14-day trial but no free plan. The 2026 roundups that rank for this search (Emelia, Waalaxy, Mailmeteor, GMass, Expandi) give the same reasons people leave: the cost, and a feature set built for teams running multichannel sequences.

If you are one person sending fifty carefully chosen emails a month, most of what you pay for is LinkedIn steps, sender slots and database credits you will never use. ReachClaw's Solo plan is $6.99 a month: the AI finds leads by searching the public web, writes each email, sends it from your Gmail and drafts replies to whatever comes back. The price is the same however many people use the dashboard. The AI runs on your own Anthropic API key, so Anthropic bills that usage to you at its published prices. The plan covers the software, not the model.

What ReachClaw does instead of an outbound platform

No sender slots to fill, no credits to buy, no price for the second person. An AI agent that works out of the Gmail account you already have, outbound and inbound.

Finds leads by searching the web

It builds a customer profile from your website; you can add written instructions and block domains or industries. The AI searches public pages for matching businesses and pulls the contact it finds, with a note on why it fits and the page it came from. Or import a CSV of your own contacts.

Writes one email per lead, sends from your Gmail

Each email is drafted from your product knowledge and the lead's details. One-time campaigns wait for your approval; ongoing campaigns write, approve and send to new leads on an interval you set.

Handles the replies in the same inbox

When a prospect or a customer writes back, the AI drafts or sends the answer from your knowledge base. Support questions get the same treatment as campaign replies, so one tool covers both sides of the inbox.

Tracks opens, clicks and replies

Per-email engagement in your analytics, with suspected bot opens and clicks flagged so security scanners do not look like interested buyers.

When ReachClaw is not the answer

  • You run multichannel campaigns: LinkedIn visits and connection requests, SMS or calls alongside email. ReachClaw is email and website chat only.
  • You rely on multi-step sequences with conditioned next steps. ReachClaw sends one email per lead per campaign.
  • You send thousands of emails a month across several warmed-up senders. ReachClaw has no warm-up and no rotation; Solo caps at 100 outbound emails a month, and Google itself caps a Workspace account at 2,000 messages a day.
  • You need a lead database with filters, verified emails and phone numbers, or enrichment credits. ReachClaw's leads come from AI web searches of public pages and are not verified.
  • You need CRM integrations, an API, or more than 10 connected inboxes.

If none of that applies, if you send a modest number of well-targeted emails from your own Gmail and want the same tool to answer what comes back, a plan priced for a team is working against you. That is who we built this for. For the wider picture of how one person can run outbound at all, read our guide to outbound sales without an SDR.

Other Lemlist alternatives worth a look

If you need volume, sequences or a database, these are the names that come up in 2026 roundups. We compare them in more depth in our guide to AI lead generation tools.

Instantly

A sending platform for volume: unlimited email accounts, warm-up and multi-step sequences, with lead credits sold as a separate subscription. How ReachClaw compares to Instantly.

Apollo

Combines one of the largest B2B contact databases with email sequencing, with a free tier that is genuinely useful for testing the waters. How ReachClaw compares to Apollo.

Smartlead

Courts agencies with unlimited email warm-up, client-specific workspaces and white-label options. Built for running many parallel campaigns.

Mailmeteor and GMass

Gmail mail-merge tools that appear in the 2026 roundups as the simpler, cheaper end of the market. They send; they do not find leads or answer replies for you.

Up and running in four steps

1. Connect your Gmail

One OAuth sign-in. Every email goes out from your real address, so replies land in your inbox and your sender reputation stays yours.

2. It learns your product

It scans your website and reads your docs, so the emails it writes describe what you actually sell.

3. Add leads

The AI searches the public web for matches to the customer profile it built from your website (add written instructions, or block domains and industries), or import a CSV of contacts you already have.

4. Review, send, track

The AI drafts one email per lead. In a one-time campaign you approve them before anything sends; an ongoing campaign writes, approves and sends to each new lead on its own. Opens, clicks and replies show up in your analytics, with bot clicks filtered out.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Lemlist actually cost?

Per Lemlist's pricing page (read 20 October 2026): the Email plan is $69 a month, or $55 a month billed yearly, with 50,000 emails a month, unlimited users and senders, a lead database, an email and phone finder, warm-up and a deliverability hub. The Multichannel plan is $109 a month, or $87 billed yearly, adds LinkedIn, SMS and a call dialer, and counts users (five senders for each user). Enterprise is custom. Lead data enrichment is a separate $20-a-month add-on for 2,000 credits. The pricing FAQ says the price is based on the number of users. There is a 14-day trial and no free plan. Check their pricing page for the latest numbers.

How much does ReachClaw cost as a Lemlist alternative?

One flat monthly price: Solo $6.99 (100 outbound emails a month, 1 Gmail inbox), Growth $29.99 (500 outbound emails, 3 inboxes), Scale $69.99 (unlimited outbound, 10 inboxes). The price does not change with how many people use the dashboard; a plan is limited by connected inboxes and the monthly caps. One honest caveat: the AI runs on your own Anthropic API key, so Anthropic bills that usage to you at its published prices. The plan covers the software, not the model.

Does ReachClaw do LinkedIn, SMS or calls like Lemlist Multichannel?

No. ReachClaw is email only, plus a chat widget for your website. There are no LinkedIn steps, no SMS, no dialer and no WhatsApp. If a campaign that mixes a LinkedIn visit, a connection request and an email is what you are buying Lemlist for, Lemlist is the right tool.

Does ReachClaw send multi-step follow-up sequences?

No. A ReachClaw campaign sends one AI-written email per lead. An ongoing campaign re-runs on an interval you choose and emails only the leads found or imported since the last run; it does not send a day-3 or day-7 follow-up to people who have not replied. Replies are matched to the email that triggered them and the lead is marked as replied. If conditioned next steps are the point of your outreach, keep Lemlist.

Does ReachClaw warm up inboxes or watch deliverability?

No. Every email goes out from the Gmail account you connect, and nothing else: no warm-up, no sender rotation, no bounce or reputation monitoring. Google's own limit for a Workspace account is 2,000 messages a day, and the Solo plan caps outbound at 100 emails a month. ReachClaw is built for tens to a few hundred targeted emails a month, not thousands.

Where do the leads come from if there is no database?

Two ways. ReachClaw builds an ideal customer profile from your own website (you can add written instructions, and block domains, company keywords or industries), and the AI searches public web pages for businesses that match, pulling the name, company, role and the email it finds on the page, with the source page saved. Or you import a CSV of your own contacts; every row needs an email address. There is no lead database behind it and the emails are not verified, so review a batch before you send.

Can I move my Lemlist leads to ReachClaw?

Yes. Export your leads from Lemlist as a CSV and import them on the Leads page. Rows without an email address are skipped. Mark anyone who opted out as unsubscribed and they are never included in a campaign. Campaign history, sequences and LinkedIn steps do not carry over.

Is this comparison written by ReachClaw?

Yes, this page is written by the ReachClaw team, so read it with that in mind. Lemlist is a full outbound platform with capabilities we do not have: multichannel sequences, warm-up, a lead database, enrichment credits, CRM integrations. We have quoted its pricing page as read on 20 October 2026 as accurately as we can; check it for the latest. Our argument is narrow: if you are one person sending a modest number of targeted emails from your own Gmail and want the same tool to answer what comes back, a flat $6.99 a month beats a plan priced for a team.
