Each plan is one flat price no matter how many people use it; what changes is the number of connected Gmail inboxes (1, 3 or 10) and the monthly caps. The AI itself runs on your own Anthropic API key, so Anthropic bills that usage to you separately at its published prices.
Three things are counted separately. AI-handled incoming emails: 500 on Solo, 2,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Scale. Outbound campaign emails sent: 100, 500, or no cap on Scale. Website chat answers: 500, 2,000 or 10,000. Emails you write and send yourself in Gmail are never counted.
That one activity pauses until the next month or until you move to a bigger plan; the other two keep working. Incoming emails above the cap are left in your inbox unanswered, campaign sends stop, and the website chat asks visitors to leave a message instead of answering. There are no overage charges.
Yes, from Settings → Plan & billing. Moving up or down applies right away: Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the billing period and your new caps take effect immediately.

Yes. Every paid plan includes AI replies to incoming email, outbound campaigns, AI lead search and the website chat; there is no separate support product or sales product to buy. The three monthly caps are counted separately (AI-handled incoming emails, outbound campaign emails, chat answers), so a busy support month does not use up your outbound allowance. Each customer's data lives in its own separate database; nothing is shared between accounts. ReachClaw does not train AI models on your data; your emails go to Anthropic through your own API key under Anthropic's API terms.
